Returns Timeline: Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

    Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain items, such as customized or personal care products, are non-returnable.
      Defective/Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
        Wrong Items: Received the wrong item? Contact us with your order details, and we’ll make it right.
          Change of Mind: For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A refund or store credit will be issued upon receipt of the item.
            Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is our mistake.
