  • Certain items—such as customized products or personal care items—are non-returnable.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days and include a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us with your order details, and we’ll make it right as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
